The disc golf course and the rest of Phase II of Black Hoof Park have been delayed indefinitely due to budgetary and financial hardships.  The course will not be rady for Worlds, and there's no current timetable for the completioin of the course.  The parks director said that the city was looking at laying people off even, so while they still want to put in the course at some point, right now it's a lot lower on the list of priorities than other things. Disc golf is still included in the master plan for the park, so I think it'll happen eventually.

That's a shame, but I guess any news about it is better than no news about it, unless that any news is that they decided not to do it.
