Big congrats to Eastwood, who came back strong against a TOUGH Shanan to go all squared on that match!  I had written you off as a loss, so glad I was wrong!

There were a lot of tough matchups. East side prevailed, but I'm sure West will come back fightin next year. Bring it on!! What an awesome event to get started!!

For the record, the event raised $240 on the MO. side and $180 on the KS side for tree planting projects in each region.

I have a few shirts on each side left over.  $25, $10 of which will be added to the total funds raised. If you're interested, ping me and I'll check if your size is available.  There are a few people that have yet to get their shirt. If it isn't raining, I'll be at WW league this evening. I'll also be at Wyco league tomorrow.  Shirts in tow at both.

The only person that hasn't got their shirt, that paid for one, is Paul Nesmith on the East side.  I've sold some shirts since the event and am down to just a few left:

West Side (blue): 1 - Large, 1 - XL
East Side (black): 2 - XL

If you fit one and want one, let me know.  I'll bring them to the club championships.  Speaking of which,  please wear your colors to one of the days of the club championships.   More exposure should drum up more interest.

Oh, the trophy is in the shop getting names put on it. My guy has been pretty busy. But it should be ready by next week.  I'll bring it out to the club championships for display and pass it on to Jake.  Eventually, I'd like to see it reside at DGW to get public exposure.

I'd like to get this into the Spring Schedule annually. It looks like the last weekend of April is the only time it won't bump against anything local/regional, besides the corp challenge.  Otherwise, it may have to wait 'til July and avoid the PDGA Worlds not so set scheduling.
