Very correct, and that has never been a secret. His idea was that ball golf courses charge too much for charities to make a good return, so this was his answer. His goal was never to have it as a regular playing disc golf course, at least that is what I got when we discussed using it for Worlds in 2008. This was part of the reason that he didn't want concrete pads out there as well.......
Enjoy it when you can, and be thankful he is supporting a few events a year, it helps maintain the need to not worry about public issues on a private course.....it is after all a
private course, and its
HIS private course in his backyard....would you like the looks of Tank or myself in your backyard everyday for 5-6 hours?
