Deano and I both drove the pin across the water last night. We'll see what the range finder says, but I imagine one has to carry around 275' to clear the water.  8)

this just in, courtesy of Ron Klein.....

the new hole 12 left is 450',   right, in the circle of blocks is 530'

the new 13 is 610'

the new 14 short is 350',  long is 465'

the new pond placement is 330', and is just 27' from waters edge.

Dig it.

I don't reckon you will get too many recreational players willing to drive the new pond placement.

Let me add a comment to my last post.  Not only recreational players but many experienced players might be hesitant to drive the new pond placement.  Those trees to the right of the pin are too close to the water so if you hit one of those, your disc is gone.  Have to weigh the risk of potentially losing a premium piece 'o plastic.

Are there plans to move the 15 tee pad to better accommodate a direct drive at the new pond placement?

Well I was told my Blizzard discs will float... I think I will give it a shot.
