Singles tomorrow at the gulley course. I thought it was the first of the month, but no. Somebody please post that awful song.
I'm setting the whole course short tomorrow due to the heat. Ace fund is about 485-500. I'm not for sure, but worth one short nonetheless.

You'd think, but there is only a 2nd run CE Valk. I'll probably keep some spares in there now that you mention it.

Well Van made it even easier and we played the short pads. Fred Fornsten (SP?) got the only ace on hole 11. Couldn't happen to a better guy.

Swope League 7/31/2012

What a great night to play some DG!  We had a good group come out.  Eric moved all the baskets short, and in order to make some possible Ace Runs, I decided to play all short tee pads with no OB or Mandos!  Congrats to Fred Fortsen for hitting #11 with an Orc.  Will post what he gets in a little bit!

You're lost because I misread a previous post.  So mine doesn't make much sense now.  I thought someone had written that it's not about the money, but about club participation.  I'm all for club participation, but I'm not exactly making a truckload of cash at work.  Until I do, I'll be playing where I can win the most money. 

That said, I love Swope league.  It's a lot of fun.

I was out there today for some trash cleanup and pin movement. After the trash, I was zonked by the heat, so only moved 1,2,and 4. Little hot for me so I will not be out for doubles tonight. Good luck. Shoot from long pads.
