Noob question I am sure.

Is there one or collective websites that give info on Disc Golf? (Like a wiki type, explaining pretty much everything?)

I could not seem to find anything listed in this forums, looking for sites recommended for absolute beginner.

A great collection of short articles to get one started.

There's also some great threads in the forum (both Bradley Walker and Dan Beto were taught by site owner Blake Takkunen and have videos on YouTube with 10's of 1000' of hits) if you're really wanting to get into mechanics of throwing.  These are easily the most popular (and important) technique threads on the board.

 the only guy to teach the spin putt as a "Snake Strike" putt, I find that quite hilarious
