So amateurs can't qualify unless they play up a division?

The top OPEN finishers.

Scores based, not division based as long as the format (configuration) is the same.  It goes by score.

Clarification.  Most of the BEST'est" players are the OPEN players, although in different divisions yes.  COME ON CD!!!  ;)

Such hostility.    I am clarifying my statement not keep the westsiders from coming to our side and pillaging our cities. The course I will be using for the challenge is possibly one of the qualifying courses.   I was not saying I would wait till the last minute and announce the course to be played.   But hey, if you all want to get your panties in a bunch over a sentence that could go either way then I believe this is gonna be more fun than I thought.     ;D ;D ;D

Just wanted to let the East Side know that I would like to play for you this year if there is a spot available. I am officially living in Missouri now.
I was not able to play the qualifier since I travel a lot. Maybe there will be another chance before June.
 Thanks for any consideration,

Shanan C.

No qualifier for the east side yet. City of Fountains tournament will be six spots for the east side.
