great news! little (mama) dog made it thru the 30th annual wide open without being rescued, and according to the black and white maccoy she's about 3 1/2 weeks from coming in season again!
thanks to everyone who feeds her and provides comfort rather than letting her go to some selfish home that only wants to provide shelter, stimulation, and veterinary care.
