11:48 AM (EDT) - This just in: Michael Johansen from the second card at Bradford shot 17 down. He birdied every hole but 12 #PDGAworlds

Yup, jumped from the 2nd card to 1st and has a 5 stroke lead. That's insane from the long tees!

EDIT: BTW that was an 1113 rated round  :o

meanwhile cane ditenhafer shot less than half his 466 rating to card the worst rated round i have ever seen. someone give the kid a cookie and tell him to scram.

I believe at the Mid Am, a Junior shot a round rating of 32...

Something is making me think there is a non-zero formula driven imposed bottom limit. Think it is somewhere in the 400's.  Could be totally off here, brain farting or such.  Timko?

That sounds right, but I don't remember seeing a bottom in the formula.
