I havent played in the 3 previous tournaments. Can I still qualify for the regional championships?

EDIT: Did some digging, "The top eight (8) finishers of each Local Tour Division will play in a Regional Championship. The top three (3) finishers from each Regional Championship Division will compete in the State Tournament of Champions"

registration has been from 8:30am-9:30 with a start time 10:00..... it may have even been 9-10 I have been getting there about 9 with plenty of time
