But if you are in one of the eligible neighborhoods, have a need for and can afford $120 a month for HDTV and super fast internet, it's a good idea to preregister.   The usual $300 installation fee will be waived if you do sign-up early.

$120 seems pretty reasonable to me. I pay $10 less than that for Time Warner and I hate both my slow internet and crap tv service. Unfortunately I am in an area where it is not available yet.  :-[
