Well the over $1000 Ace Pot brought out 58 players to the August 1st Rosedale League and with no Aces being hit all year, not only did we have 2 Aces but we had 2 Aces on the same card.

Yes, Congrats to the two guys on my card that hit it. You should see the shock on my face when everyone is doleing out $5 bills and this newbie has to reluctently dig in his wallet. $16 bucks was worth seeing a tomahawk ace though, plus a second ace on top of it. Just makes me want to get better... and richer. That will hands down be the best card I play on this year (The "Snake Man" Miller was our 4th).

Noice aces!  Just in time to bring ace beer for the first West Side team qualifier at Rosey next week.  Oh, so does the pot get CHOP ($500+) CHOP ($250+).  Splitting that total between each acer for something like $375+?
