It is the first league of the month so we should be at Blue Valley, right?

It is supposed to be, but due to my travels, I will not be able to make it to Blue Valley.  There is work being done at Cliff, and I need to be there, so if Ryan wants to follow the rules on this then yes it is at Cliff, but if he defer's, I will probably be at cliff around hole #8 working, or by #1, or possibly #12.

If league happens at Cliff Tonight, it will be played as the Lion's Den Set up, only it will be a 20 hole configuration tonight.  I'll flag it off as we go.....The holes not being used during the LDO will be 8 & 9 this year.

Here is a break down if you must know....
1-to practice basket
2-From road to basket #1
3-hole #2 (short)
4-Hole #3
5-Hole #4 (Short right)
6-Hole #5 (short)
7-Hole #6 (Right original)
8-Hole #7 short
(Tonight will play #8 LONG)
(Tonight will play #9 Original)
9-Hole #10 (Right)
10-From Road by #18 teeing to Blue Basket
11-Hole #11 Short to Red Basket
12-From Road by Trees next to #11 short to long #11 pin
13-Hole #12
14-Tee from #13 to alt pin behind trees on right by road
15-Tee from Road to #14 over the hill
16-Hole #15 (Short)
17-Hole #16 (Short)
18-Tee From #17 to Long #18 placement

For your pleasure......Now I may alter #12 if I clean up the trees across the street, and return the over the road shot that used to be part of the course for the LDO, but it won't be for tonight.....

Playing the 20 hole configuration (we played #8 and #9, which will NOT be in play during the LDO) tonight in preparation for the Lion's Den...Sorry that I couldn't get out to Blue Valley, but I had to review the work being done out on the course, and see where the Marquee can go, and prep work.....if only I could do the disc golf thing all the time...alas...we had a good time though with a few of us enjoying the round.  Highlights of the round include Ryan calling his overhand OB shot on #7 hole, and then looking for it everywhere but the OB road...Arturo had a close call at an ace on #5 hole......#7 hole........again on #10......again on #16......Geesh....... ::)  Not to be outdone though Ryan splashed the chains on #11 Long Basket (from the road tee pad for the Lion's Den) at about 6-0 MPH with an overhand shot after Keizer questioned his commitment to the shot....only to not have it stay in the basket.......Keizer not to be out done though came pretty close on hole #15.....My closest shot had to be the last one where we tee from #17 pad and go to #18 long basket, I was close, but nay...I will attempt to figure out the ace fund here soon, I do promise.  Keeping in mind that tonight's par was a 60 with 20 holes here are the scores:
Arturo-54-$12
Jack-60
Keizer-65
Ryan-71

Ryan refused to call his 71 a score, as his last shot went into the Reservoir, so if you find a Blue Disc with RAW on it, please return, but since it went over the basket, I gave him a circle 3 and call this a completed round even in his protest.

The stage is in need of additional concrete and will be on a short notice to get it done.  I mean short notice, like we get a call that the concrete will be there in 30 minutes, and you need to be there.  If you can help out this week with finishing that, please reach out to Dick Parker at Disc Golf World, as I am out of town this week.

Also if you are a KC MO resident, please do take the time to vote tomorrow.  For or against, we need your vote to show that you care.  (I am voting for though but then I am a person that views it that way)

You forgot one of Arturo's ace runs, when his drive was found 30' PAST the pin on #6. Of course, he did make birdie, which is nearly as impressive.

air shot or roller?

It was an anny thrown about as high as could be. It was still in the air when it went out of sight and headed down the alley.
