I am fairly new to DG and I was just curious. What does over stable plastic have to do with Glow? LOL I know it probably sounds like a stupid question, but I dont know

The lights tend to make the disc a little more understable.

 I have my epilepsy lights, Hope'n to put six of those on a NukeOS and turn it into something magical.
