I would like to also purchase a players' pack (as close to max weight as possible).
PM me as to where/when would be a suitable time to make the purchase/exchange.

One of the most fun events I've ever played. Thanks Eric!

So..... did the Roc win?  I am a Buzz fan , but while I was working today and the wind was blowing, I was thinking I would have rather been on team Roc today.... Roc on !

Plenty of spots left? I'm on the fence about coming out.

Anybody got a Z-buzz I could borrow? or a Star Roc? I could go either way. ;D

You should have got off the fence. You missed out. The vibe was great, competition high, and lots of great people. I met 15 new players, too. Turn out was a little lower than hoped, yet we made a superb day of it.

Roc won by seven tenths of a stroke. Jose took fist place. Jose Roc'd this one for sure.

Halbaby was perhaps the big winner with his five dollar bet resulting in a one hundred ten dollar payout taking the CTP for the Big Boy. Thanks to DD for adding fifty to the one hundred sixty dollar ace fund.

Scores ad details to follow Monday evening.

Anyone interested in a player's pack, which are killer, can pick one up at DGW, DD, or with me at Swope League.

I had an excellent day at Swope Park today!   Thanks Eric and all of your sponsors, feed me, give me beer, let me play golf, and I'm a hap hap happy boy!  I have pictures but there are a lot and Ace Race is tomorrow so early to bed, early to rise, makes a golfer wealthy and wise.  I'll post 'em here as soon as I can.

This was one of the funnest events I have had a chance to play in. I like to travel down to KC from Des Moines on the weekends and everyone in KC makes me feel welcome every time. Big thanks to Eric for running the event and the rest of the club which makes events like this possible and probable. Swope Park was a great venue all weekend long and I couldn't think of a better way for me to pop it's cherry than the weekend I had. See you guys at Down Under this fall  8)

Seems I overlooked one of the pics taken (focus issues, not the beauty of that lovable mug!).  By popular demand, here it is.

heard you could use a putter? <- kinda lame. seems like you should have half the field play one mold the first round and the alternate mold the secound round, and best aggregate score for the mold wins. clearly older more experienced players were raised on rocs, and the younger big guns were weened on buzz. tourney was clearly roc throwers vs buzz chuckers. i'm a fan of science, so i throw a 180 element.

I never could get used to throwing either.  Glad to see Roc's win, though!

Experienced throwers choose Roc.
