Wyco work day this Fall

(1/2) > >>

Tracy:
It's been a couple years since the last real work day out at Wyco.  I've got a few items on the to-do list. Just need to find a good time to do it.

1) Cut down dead low hanging branches.  Notably, right off the tee on 2 and 18,  One or two on 1, and a bunch on 7.  Nick Winkelbauer's prowess in the trees with a chainsaw would be much appreciated and I'll probably schedule this workday around his availability/willingness to come out.

2) Replace mowing accident ruined pin placements on 2 and 4.

3) Replace busted sign faces.

That's it. Lunch and drink provided. Let's get it done and shoot a round of skins or such.

Nicky p:
I am down Tracy. I have a pole saw that goes up to 15ft. I have been wanting to get this done for awhile, but if I go unsupervised the trees will be screaming.

Excellent!  Yeah, the Parks Dept. doesn't want us going hog wild.   Controlled trimming is in order though.  Keep an eye out here. Once I confirm with Nick W. if/when he can help, we'll set a date and go for it.
