ace fund remains at $242, need to have 3  4 to call it an official "league" where ace money is active....

We shall try again next week, but it shall be the last league of the year for the NE disc golf section of the city.  I will again work on being out there by 5:15.

that is my understanding as well danger.  we changed that in the spring of 2010.  3 to form a division, 4 to form a league (i believe it was 6 to form a league before that).  i was unaware that we had lowered the number even further.

Yeah, I shot a 16 last night.  Aced everything, then my shot on #8 landed in the basket long enough for it to count, and then spun up out of control and went into #9 basket, the same thing happened on #14-#15, sort of an off night. :o

This reminds me of doc's quest for a legitimate circle 2. We have discussed it many times and it seemed that it was simply impossible, until, we came up with a penalty stroke at USM that allows for it. On hole #1/#10 there is a statue in play that if hit costs you a penalty stroke but you play it where it lies. So, hit the statue and carom into the basket and there you have it, a "Circle 2". Andy Jewett nearly did it just a couple of weeks ago and ended up with a drop-in circle 3.

But I'm not going for Jack's description of a negative one stroke by making two baskets in one throw. Sounds more like that would be an ace followed by a black ace that means you owe me the five bucks I just paid you for the ace you just got.... ::)
