The only reason I'm still playing advanced is for am worlds. I've already cashed twice in open tournaments and am ready to move up. When I say I've been playing for four years, I played recreationally the first two and played my first tournament last year. I think I'm doing pretty good so far and will just let my play do the talking on Sunday. Until then I'm done with this conversation.

Kid's got talent Loomis. Don't put the W down yet. Who were you hoping to play? Cuz our other top players will surely be facing the people on west side with more talent than you.

Kid's a headcase Hinck. He beat a thinned out talent pool at GBO and he's full of himself. When the Bowling Green crowd shows up he will have to face some talent that's got more seasoning, more experience and less sag to their diapers. I've seen his record. It's got one win and a lot of "whaaaaa?" in it. So let him step up and take his medicine on his own.

And take your pick of any of our players, Mr. Tiny Tim, I'm sure anybody on the West Side is more than enough for your Weak Side talent pool.

I can think of a few Westsiders that fashion themselves as talented and haven't won squat as well.  I know that I am average at best, but I can have moments of good golf.  I plan on doing so this weekend.  Why on earth would we want to listen to the ramblings of drunk Icelandic person such as yourself to decide our pairings.  Yeah lets put one of the top players in our pool with a middle of the road dude that can barely walk.  That makes sense.

Regardless, the plan will be to beat the Westsiders as comfortably as possible, or in the case of a tie, remain the champs.  I am ok with a tie and would love to be the team that does that!

This year I hope to not have a 2nd degree calf sprain in the middle of the competition.......

At the end of the day the scores will do the talking.  There were plenty of upsets last year and I'm sure the same will happen this year.  Tank is by far a better player than me, but I beat him 4 and 3 last year.  It all is going to come down to who's putter decides to stay in the chains and who's doesn't.

Sincerely,
Strawman

Matt, I think that Loomis is trying to get a rise out of you.  Just maybe.

If by TOP players you mean Mr. Perry, then truly the East side is lagging behind in talent. And I put my weak legs up against Mr. Pampers and his Mom any day. It was certainly enough to beat you and your mystery wound last year.

And yes, Mr. Hinck you did beat Tank last year. I'm sure he has thought about that a lot. I'm sure everyone is wondering how that happened? As I recall the East side pulled off a lot of upsets last year - and at least you recognize them as such. This year I doubt your rag-tag assembly of loopers is going to amount to much but let's find out well everyone is doing this weekend.

Mr. Pampers... When you grow up, you want to be just like me, remember? Well. You're off to a great start.

Until then...

It's anybody's game on any given day - regardless of who has more skill or experience.  Now, can we get this thread back to it's purpose?

I'm going to try and hobble out to see some golf this weekend and root on the East side.  Good luck to both sides, may the best team win.  Just keep in mind, again, that we're supposed to be a cohesive group here and all part of one club.  I'm guilty of talking smack on here, but it's all in good fun.  No reason to get our panties, diapers, or any other undergarment you all choose to wear in a wad.

I'm like two-thirds talk and the other third is action. But it's a pretty big third. Shall we bust nuts and compare resumes? I'm sure my "talk" has enough to back it up. Do you doubt my veracity on anything I've said? Is there something you can say is missing? Or are you just tallkin' here?

I personally think that Tank has taken his game back after a hiatus, and feel as though he will be looking to redeem himself vastly.  That being said, it is only one player, and the last time I checked......Ken.......Franks......Tank.....yep, did my double checking, and there isn't an I in his name, but there is one in WIN!  oddly enough there is an I in Missouri as well.  Hmmm....wonder how that could be.

There's also a "MISS" in Missouri. And there are actually two "I's" in Missouri. There's also an "IOU" and "SISI" and "U SO SORI." All we have in Kansas is "ASS" and well, "AN ASS." Jack... you're from Iowa.
