Thanks to some extra team effort from Das Loomis, I've been able to secure our second female:

This is Team West's final roster:

Minna Dennis
Kaylee Kincaid
Cooper Arnold
Frank Weaver
Arturo Villarreal
Sam Webber
Das Loomis
Joe Hesting
Ken "Tank" Franks
Nick Parks
Marc Wisbey
Bobby Villarreal
Tracy Walker
Dick Parker
Shanan Carson
Nick Winkelbauer

Alternates:
Bryan Guthrie
Pete Cashen
Peter Bures
Jeff Campbell

Looks like a very strong team for the most part.

Go Westsiders! Please don't embarrass yourselves and our great State again this year.  :-[

When I saw the results last year it somehow made me feel like I'd just watched the "squeal like a pig" scene in Deliverance.  :o

Cliff Drive Round 1 set up is in the current location.  only 3 baskets move during Round 2.

I special thanks to some of the "west-siders" that bothered to come out to help with the continual work at Cliff Drive.

Rob Martin and Mike Petrin were the ones to cross the border, and they were met with much fan fare.

In addition to the organized chants, I hope our coach has the traditional inspirational speech like Jake gave last year.  It was similar to the you tube Ben Show uncensored coaching video.  Or, we revert to the most fun wins strategy!  See you at the team practice.

Good point, Dick. The Smith brothers(George and Fred) should be on the active roster.  Might be a clever coaching ploy.

I can't bump someone who qualifed, even though someone else might be a better player.  That wouldn't be very nice!!

I don't think I will be able to play on Saturday due to in my opinion the dumb late start so cross me off. Can play Sunday though.

In order to find a level where you don't find it "dumb" what do you suggest? Not that we're going to change it, but what isn't a "dumb" time to start the one round on Saturday?

Well I work at five. You don't have to accommodate for me I just don't like a start time in the middle of the afternoon. I would prefer it to be morning whether I had to work or not. Just my opinion

Things are not stupid because they do not fit into your schedule. That is called inconvenient.
