the path to peace is through the eradication of poverty.

I believe the children are our future, teach them well and let them lead the way.

should we show them all the beauty they possess inside?

but that sign was really REALLY heavy!

haha, I know right.  Jack asked me and probably anyone else near me if I wanted to carry it and I said "no way!, I want to sit here relax and drink my beer"

We don't need a weakened government but a strong government that would take responsibility for the rights of the individual and care for the society as a whole.

Can anyone tell me what the official par was for the tournament? I'm trying to figure out where everyone was sitting for the final 9. Thanks!

I heard BV and Swope was a 64... Though after thinking about what I consider par, BV is low and Swope is high. I'm probably wrong though. Rosedale sat at 56 IMO. and WW was a 55.

Just found some pictures. I'm thinking it was 241? McBeth's scorecard before the final 9 said 201 and the PDGA board said -40. Hmm

Blue Valley-64 (Should have been 66 or 67 in retrospect.....)
Swope Gold 2013-64 (Should have been a 64 but I messed up on hole #'s 1 and 15, should have been 3/5 not 4/4)
Rosedale-58 (4's on 8, 9, 12 & 18) I realize that 12 is debatable, and should have been a 3
WW-55 #6 is a 4 in the configuration

Arm chair QB'in doesn't just happen Sept-Feb, it happens every week in DG, and obviously we have a lot of folks that like to sit in the EZ chair.....

Par for the initial event=241
The final 9 was 30 based on #1 being a 4 from the original layout.

Question then, and it doesn't make a flyin' flip to me either way but, are the B Pool's rounds going to be adjusted to the Par equaling the 241 at some point on the PDGA site?  I'm sure everyone has seen it by now, and it's not that way currently.

Just curious, and thanks!  8)

no they won't because the NT played all 4 courses, and the other pools didn't.  DO I need to walk through all of the divisions for you?
:-)

B-Pool
Blue Valley-64 (which means you shot +18)
Water Works-55 (which means you shot +6-getting better!)
Swope Gold-64 (which you shot +10, Dang, back to double digits)
Water roks-55 (you shot worse here on the final round, extra sleep, extra time, and +7)

So your +41 is correct 238 would have been par for you.

:-)

C-Pool
Blue Valley-64
Swope Gold-64
WaterWorks-55
=183 for par there.  Only 2 people under par, no one at par, Field was pretty good at putting themselves where they should be obviously!
