See, I like the PDGA for the competition and the rules. That's fun to me. When I travel to a place I like knowing that a certain standard is upheld b/c the tourney is a PDGA event..

To each his/her own!

Those same rules and competition are fine, except for the personal conduct rules.  I wear a colored shirt to work every single day....I don't want to have to "dress up" to golf....it's just silly.  Also, I don't want to get drunk...like Jack...cough, cough, but I do enjoy a beer or 2 during that second round of play to calm my putt.

You should see all the chattered about back to back majors on facebook....pretty interesting....and I imagine the next 2-3 years of the PDGA will be also.

You know I've tried many of times and failed sir.....some day....some day.....

As far as a local tour...heck yes!!  I've always liked what the KDGA has done, but traveling all over KS is the issue...now travel all over KC....I do on a weekly basis!

Greg, we follow all the rules in the PDGA hand book in Southern Nationals tournaments.  We just don't charge the same exorbitant entry fees or memberships.

Slant:  Did you say you wear a colored shirt to work everyday or did you mean collared?  Or maybe you meant collard as in collard green?

**I wear a colored shirt to work every single day...**

I'm confused......

I got it right....I prefer white shirts.....it shows the mustard and cheeto stains much better than a colored one...

....next up....cut off daisy dukes with pockets hanging out, tall tube socks and crocs!

White IS a color.  Just sayin'.   :P   Glad you wear a colored shirt to work.  Better than transparent one.  :o
