Elk's Charity Disc Golf Tournament April 20th 2013

Tournament will be held at Wilbur Young Disc Golf Course 1100 SE Adams Dairy Parkway, Blue Springs, Mo.
Entry fee will be $25 per player for any division. Includes: Golf, Disc, T-shirt and Lunch
This Tournament will consist of a 2 man Scramble. 1 Beginner and 1 Experienced player per team.             
Teams will be formed by a blind draw system.
Check-in will start at 8:30 am. A players meeting will be held at 9:30 am with play to follow immediately.
Players will sign up by division. We will have 2 divisions: Beginner, Experienced.
Beginners division is for players that have never played or only played a few times or rec division
Experienced division is for players that have played more often.
After the round of Disc Golf is over we will travel to the lodge for lunch and Closest to The Pin contest.
Trophies and CTP prizes will be awarded after the CTP Contest.

For those that have not played in any of the tournaments put on by tlhracer. You are missing out on a well run and very fun event. A crapload of sponsors are attained by him plus the atmosphere at the Elks is very friendly and never stuffy.

Talked to Matt Hays about shirts this weekend. Matt owns Fore Twenty Disc Golf. He will be doing our shirts again this year. My avitar is what the shirts will look like. Thanks Matt you always do a great job for disc golfers.

44 days till the tournament. T-shirts in the works, getting discs this weekend (hopefully), and sponsors starting to come in.
This is a good way for beginner players to experiance a tournament, and for all you great experianced players to mentor someone and show off your stuff. Not to mention the local families that will benifit from the proceeds. Hope to see you on 4-20

yes it is a one rounder. It will be played best disc with novoce and experianced teamed together by blind draw. Then there will be lunch at the elks lodge (chilli dogs chilli and chips) with CTP for Kenny Chesney ticket, give aways and trophies.
