There will be a few more Sunday events because im going to have split days on a few events.  Ex. Int/rec on one day and adv/pro on another.  Most of the events are B Tiers, is there a specific reason you would rather have them as C Tiers?

Because I'm cheap(poor).  So I guess a better become a rapper.

I threw it in the woods,
Now I can't get it back.

Maybe Swade can help me with some beats?

Everyone has events at Young.  Why is nothing run at Legacy?

Lee's Summit P&R are somewhat more particular in how they would like groups to work with them as opposed to some of the other P&R departments in the area.  For example, when we meet with them to schedule the work day this fall and we asked about future tournaments they indicated that the shelters would need to be rented the day of the tournament.  They cost $80 and 100 per day per shelter (there are two).  Basically, it would cost an additional $180 to run the tournament.  I don't know if that would be for every tournament or what the specifics are, but that might be part of the reason as to why more tournaments are not ran at Legacy.  I expect when the Bluebird series was out there, that they waived that requirement since the Bluebird was part of the  Missouri Parks and Recreation Association, which they are a member/part of.

Eric said it nicer than I was going to, but basically it's difficult to work with the city of Lee's Summit to run stuff.

Recently Eric Eastwood has made some traction out in LS  after contacting some other folks.  we sometimes forget how lucky we are to have the support of so many parks departments in KC so when a department is not as accessible as others, we see that as being difficult.

Any thoughts on talking with any of the local ball golf courses to see if they are interested in a safari tournament? Seems with DD's track record and contacts in Emporia it could be a viable possibility.
