You get what you pay for.....you can use google and paint, or hire someone to do them (I have been keen to Dick Parker doing courses since 2009 Worlds....) Probably still has the original 2009 P-Hill layout from when we used the course at Worlds, so wouldn't be completely from Scratch.....but all the additions out there it probably would be almost like starting a new.....again you get what you pay for.....
