Tom and Harold-C'mon let him do what he wants to.  This isn't the Harold and Tom Open!
 8) ;) :-*

Jack, I don't think I ever told them how to run a tournament.  I'll take that as your ribbing.
Bring it....I got thick skin.  :-D

I think tom is open to at least listening to our opinion.

Also kinda of tough to be a joyful helper when you are told to keep your opinions to your self.

I try to listen to everybody's input. Sometimes I do things others suggest, sometimes I don't. I usually don't make quick decisions, and try to consult the highest rated players in town, and the players with course design experience. The key things I look for are sustainability, maintanace, safety, flow, and fun factor on any hole. Lastly, I run everything by the Director of Parks. It's not rocket surgery.  ;D

I needs some helpers over the next few evenings and this weekend. This afternoon around 4:00 I;ll be on hole 4 at Bird, spreading mulch. If anyone as a pair of gloves, maybe a wheelbarrow and shovel, maybe a weedeater, and a strong back, I could use some help.  :-*

Harold and Tom, I did read your posts, and will be glad to discuss your suggestions, but in person on the course is better than on here. Jack, thanks.

Come on folks, get registered for the OSO. It'll be a fun day, and the courses are looking pretty good.

Thanks tom. I probably can't make it tonight.  FTL will be at pc tomorrow.  We'll pick up trash. Anything we can do in am or during round?

It is Old Settlers Week and things are coming together.  Please help out and get registered if you are planning on playing this weekend.  It will be a great time on two great courses.

Are the pins at PC set in the tournament locations? If not, does anyone know when they will be.

Thanks.

All PRO and advanced amateur divisions will most likely play PC in the morning and Lakeside in the afternoon. All divisions check in/register at PC, and attend the players meeting there as well.
