KCFDC General Meeting/Elections - 11-5-11 @ Westport Flea Market

The General Membership Meeting/Elections will be held November 5 at Westport Flea Market Bar and Grill, 817 Westport Rd, KCMO. The club will cover the cost of the food; drinks will be on your own. It is a cash-only establishment. Food will be available at 6:00 PM and the meeting will begin at 6:30 PM. Only active members may run for office and vote. You may pay your dues at the meeting. 
 
The Board of Directors consists of nine members, four of which will be elected this year. At their first meeting, the new Board decides which Board members will occupy these positions: President, Vice President of Missouri, Vice President of Kansas, Treasurer, Secretary, Chief Technology Officer, and Sergeant at Arms. The remaining two members serve as at-large members. If you are interested in running for the Board, please contact Becky Stebbins at borntoshimmer2003@yahoo.com. You can also declare your candidancy at the meeting. Also, If you are planning to attend the meeting, please RSVP at the same email address, so that we may plan for the food.
